Oxford Pride of Place Project

3rd May – 27th May 2012.
This project and exhibition took place at the O3 Gallery and Old Fire Station, Oxford.

The exhibition and project comprised of photographs by The Caravan Gallery; Oxford Video Portraits in collaboration with Oxford Brookes students (also on show at Modern Art Oxford); the People’s Map of Oxford; a Creative Zone for making souvenirs and postcards and completing The Caravan Gallery Oxford Survey.

The Caravan Gallery was in situ in front of 03 Gallery exhibiting photos from the Is Britain Great? archive.

Here and Now exhibition at the Old Fire Station, Oxford:
4th – 26th May 2012. Produced and curated by The Caravan Gallery.

This exhibition comprised of selected entries to our Interesting Oxford Photography Competition, pictures taken by members of the Crisis Skylight Oxford photography group and Redbridge Travellers Women’s Group.

This project was commissioned by Oxford Castle Quarter /03 Gallery for Oxfordshire Artweeks 2012. A set of 6 Oxford postcards was also produced.
